Born in Tallinn, Estonia, in may 5, 1943

In 1971 graduated from Estonian State Art Institute in the speciality of ornamental metal work.

Member of the Estonian Artists Union since 1994. 
Chairman of the Estonian Watercolourists Union since  1997.
Member of the Estonian Painters Union since 1998.
